Eating well doesn't have to be all about spending large sums of money. It really does all begin with starting with the best ingredits. Eating as close to the base as possible should always be the orginal goal. But let's face it: a raw egg is gross :-(. But cooking it with butter (not that plastic stuff they call margerine) and a little raw salt and you have delicious start to the day!
The closer you can get to the farm for your food, the better those products are going to taste. We don't look for vegetable varieties that travel well. We look for ones that taste AMAZING! AND grow well in our area and climate.
